Coaches Information
Attention: We ask all coaches to be certified by Kids Sports Network (KSN) through the following program of requirements:
1) Background check - Done as a part of Adult online registration. Go to the Register-Adult to register yourself as a coach.
2) Part I - Class Portion - For coaches that have not been certified, stay at the end of the coaches meeting.

Note: Returning volleyball coaches that have previously been certified will renew certification at coaches meeting. Coaches that have been certified in another sport will also be certified for volleyball at coaches meeting.

Forms
Medical Consent Form
To be filled out by parents and given to coaches. Coaches should have a copy with them during all practices and games.
A form to be used for game day is provided below in both Word and PDF formats. The Word version can be used to enter in the names and then printed. The PDF version can be printed and then the names hand printed on the form as needed. To use the Word version, do a right click of the mouse on the link and then select "Save Target As" to download the file to your computer. Make sure the location and file name are what you want and then click "Save". After it has been downloaded, you can open the file and enter the game information and save/print it.
